Gothic Makeup - I mean you can never have too much black! To get a lovely but not caked on gothic effect for your makeup, first apply some black mascara. Once your mascara has dried enough not to rub off, add black eyeliner with liquid eyeliner and pencil liner on both top and bottom water line. Now add pencil liner around the water line heavily. You will get a look such as:

For the lips - well you don't really need to do anything. Adding black lipstick would make you look fake. You could die your hair black (You know that stuff you spray in your hair then wash it out the next time you take a shower) and give it a better look but it's not something you have to do (is there a word for that? haha!)
